Stop into the Sake restaurant while in Fredericksburg, Texas. The chief Shawn An started out in Kerrville, Texas and was trained under a Japanese sushi master. While at the first restaurant he was able to expand his culinary skills. He picked up more information on how to make both Italian and French foods. His first restaurant was opened in the year 2011. His plates focus on two things the first is stir fry seafood noodles and the second it peppered tuna tataki. The flat noodles are all made from scratch and they aren't something that you will want to miss.
To get started they offer options like edamame, crunchy sashimi, crispy calamari, Hawaiian shrimp, spring rolls and more. Some of there specialties include peppered tuna tataki, smoked salmon carpaccio, and few more tasty options. If soups and salads are more your speed they offer their daily soup as well as a chef's salad, squid salad, spicy seafood salad, seaweed salad, and a sake salad. Their flat noodles are handmade which is why they are a favorite among those that visit the restaurant. There is also the option of ramen noodle soup or spicy udon soup.
